Expandable container house is a fully prefabricated house. When receive it, just expand the house and fix it, a fully functional housing completed. There are bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and electrics in the house. How is the house quality？
The house main frame is made up of galvanized steel, and the frame is fixed by welding which is stubborn. Besides, the floor is also firm. The floor in main room is 18mm fiber cement and 1.6mm PVC flooring, the side room is Multilayer Wood Flooring and 1.6mm PVC flooring to reduce its weight to let you easier to fold and expand.
Can i DIY the house?
When confirmed the house layout, furniture can be selected at your willing. Including beds, kitchen cabin, television, air conditional, lights, toilet, shower, basin etc. The wall panel can be also customized, metal carved board, bamboo wooden board, can be selected. All of them can be prefabricated in the house.
How do we ship it?
Though expandable container house external size is 5900*6410*2480mm, when it packed its size is 5900*2250*2480mm which can be loaded in shipping container. Usually all expandable container houses are customized products, we can completed production in 2 weeks. After production we would fold the house and then packed with films, finally the house loaded in shipping container.
