The house main frame is made up of powder coating Q235 galvanized steel, its secondary beam is galvanized square tubes. Its roof is a 0.4mm whole tile on the roof which make the house better waterproof performance, the ceiling is 831# tiles, a 50mm glass wool and PE film between tile offer the house good heater insulation.
How is its shipment?
The house is packed by sandwich packages. The house roof and bottom is prefabricated, the other components likes wall panels, columns, door and windows are packed in the middle. When delivery, all house components are packed in the sandwich packages. 8 houses can be loaded in a 40HQ. And it may be convenient for customers to install it.
I want customized office, can you do it?
Usually the flat pack container house office size is 5800*2500*2896mm. The size adapt to the shipping container size. If you need large or smaller size, we can also customized it according to your requirements. Such usually the house corner line is color steel, if you want to change it, PVC corner line can be selected.
